Terms of service
These terms cover this website. Using the Firstline product itself runs on a separate written agreement with your organisation.

Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Firstline. By using it you accept the terms below. If your organisation deploys Firstline, that deployment is governed by the service agreement and data processing agreement we sign with you, and those documents take precedence over anything on this page.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, quote and share what is here. Please do not try to break the site, gain access to systems you are not entitled to, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else. We may restrict access if that happens.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, illustrations, video and code on this site are ours, along with the Firstline name and logo. Product names and logos belonging to other companies, including the ITSM and IT platforms shown on this site, are the property of their respective owners. Showing them indicates the systems Firstline is designed to work alongside; it does not imply a partnership, endorsement or certification by those companies.
What the site says about the product
Firstline is an early-stage product and this site describes what it is built to do. What it can actually do inside a given organisation depends on that environment, the systems it is connected to and the scope agreed with us in writing. Nothing here is a warranty, a performance guarantee or a binding offer, and figures or outcomes shown in examples are illustrative rather than promised results.
Booking a demo
Booking a meeting through this site does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything beyond the meeting. We may reschedule or decline a booking.
Availability and liability
We keep the site up and accurate as best we can, but we provide it as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another site or embed another service, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Our privacy policy lists the services this site relies on.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
